I ordered this because the product description and photos made it look like exactly what I needed, but when it arrived, it was different. The size wasn’t what I expected and some of the details didn’t match either. it was frustrating because I felt like I wasted my money on something I wouldn’t have bought if the listing had been clearer. I really wish they’d make the descriptions more accurate so people know what they’re actually getting.

I ordered a plant from mybageecha.com and while it did reach on time, the plant itself didn’t look too healthy. The leaves were droopy, a few had already turned yellow, and the soil was loose inside the box. Maybe it was just bad timing with the weather or transit conditions, but it clearly didn’t handle the journey well. I tried watering it and keeping it in the shade, but it still looks weak. For the price, I expected a fresher plant. The service wasn’t terrible, but I’m not really happy with what I received.

I stopped in and didn’t expect there to be that many options... they had so many different plants and varieties, I was surprised

i mean, ordering was simple enough, but once I paid, I didn’t really hear much after that. I had to message them myself to ask where my order was, and even then the reply took a while.

The plants did arrive alive, so that was good, but the packaging was kind of messy and one of the pots was cracked. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it didn’t feel smooth enough for me to order again anytime soon.

I order 3 specific plants and a fertilizer, but when the box came, it had two different plants in it and no fertilizer at all. The bill was right, so I was confused why the package wasn't. I had to kept chasing support and still didn't get a clear answer or fix. it was really annoying for what should be a simple order.

The layout looks okay at first, but the filters and product details didn’t work smoothly for me. On mobile, it felt cramped too, which made browsing even more annoying.

I liked the idea of the store and trusted it enough to try shopping there, but now I kind of feel stupid for trusting them so easily. The website really needs work because it made the whole process feel tiring instead of simple.

I ordered a few planters from My Bageecha and I’m quite happy with them. They feel sturdy, the finish looks nice, and they fit well on my balcony. The size was also as described, so that was good.
One of the pots had a small scratch on the side, but it’s hardly noticeable once the plant is inside. The packaging was fine and nothing was damaged. Overall, I like them and would order again.

The delivery was just okay. It arrived later than I thought it would, which was a little annoying. Weirdly, I remember noticing the box had a tiny blue sticker on the corner for some reason. Nothing was damaged or anything, but the wait made the whole experience feel average

I found the tracking confusing because it barely updated, and the replies took a while to come through. You end up having to keep asking where your order is, which gets frustrating after a while

The prices seem fair compared to other plant sites I’ve looked at. A few things felt totally worth the money, and a couple were maybe a little smaller than I expected, but overall, I’m happy with what I paid.

I was happy to see they had a few rare plants I normally can’t find at my local nurseries. That was the main reason I ordered, and it was exciting to come across some uncommon varieties without having to search all over the place.
My experience wasn’t totally smooth, though. A couple of items looked like they were in stock at first, but later ended up delayed or unavailable. The plant I did receive arrived okay, just not in perfect shape. I’d probably order again if I really wanted something hard to find, but I’d check stock first next time.

This fertilizer worked really well for my plants. They seemed to perk up quickly, and everything is looking healthier now! :)

I had an issue and support did get it sorted out in the end. It took a little longer than I expected, so I was starting to wonder if I was the only one having trouble with it, but they eventually fixed it and everything’s working now.

For plants, I really feel the packing needs to be much better. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they improve that part and tone down the constant reminders.

I ordered a replacement, but it never showed up, and now I’m still waiting for the refund to go through. It’s been frustrating, honestly — I just want this sorted out.

The leaves looked healthy and overall the plants seemed fine. One of the pots had a little soil spilled but it wasn’t a big deal.
